Wifi connection dropped often!!! Cleaning issues with towel replacements needed daily!!! The breakfast offerings were limited and not suitable for diverse palates!!!

Staff were very friendly. Rooms clean and they had given us connecting rooms which we had asked for when we booked. Good location on the edge of ao nang so was quiet on an evening. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and also close to the long tail boat ticket booth. We did a full day trip to the Hong Island and also a half day trip to Poda and Tup island. Both were excellent but take your own food to Hong as no where to buy any on this trip.

The pool area was too small and tended to get overcrowded. You also lost the sun early afternoon so not good if you like to sunbathe.

Spacious clean rooms, nice service, quiet. Tea, coffee, water in the room.

I expected something more of a "garden view" delux room. The windows of another building of the hotel locted that opposite were too close. Therefore I would describe it as a "hotel building" view rather than "garden view". I lived ob the 4th floor. Perhaps the view on the lower floors is better.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection, including fresh juices and pastries. The pool area was a perfect retreat, and the room offered amazing comfort after a day of exploring.

bath towels were missing at check-in.

The accessibility of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained pathways and easy access to the pool area. The customer service was really good. Staff were attentive and responsive.

Overall a very nice resort and everything was perfect from the entrance to the computer games area, the kiddies room and pool.

The brown coloured square pillow which they put on top of our bed stank really really really bad (Room 3307 on Aug 23-27) upon check in. We could smell the pillow from 3-4 feet away. We literally threw it to the corner of the room but house-keeping kept putting the pillow on the bed the next morning. The stinky pillow was there the entire duration. Breakfast was good except all the dishes at the Buffet Breakfast for the 5d4n we were there was same everyday except for the noodle. Hope you can vary it a bit. But overall, I would give it a 4.5 star

We loved the hotel design, specially the rooms and swimming pool area. The garden beside the lobby area bring us close to nature, very comforting and airy space.

The room was decent size and well-appointed, our beds were lovely. The breakfast was very very good for vegetarian and with outstanding food, and the staff was useful! Location: the hotel was very close to the Asian market rather than UK, close to the convenient store and main shops.

great location , but service needs improvement

The location was excellent, conveniently close to a laundry shop and our favorite tour agency. The staff at the Starbucks inside the hotel were really accommodating and friendly. I also appreciated the comfortable beds with clean linens, which ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration.

Perfect hotel. Excellent staff! Very clean. Nice swimming pool. Approx 500 meters from beaches, but these beaches are not that good. But very easy to take longtail boat to E.G. Railay beach (15 minutes, 200 bht retour). 5 minute walk from AoNang shops. Surely recommend this great hotel!!

Having another computer will be very good since quite a few people wont to use it at the same time. variety of food for breakfast. Otherwise excellent in every way.

This was a return trip after staying here 3 weeks earlier. Great value for money given the excellent quality design and services (pool, kids club). Wholeheartedly recommended.
